Yes it can! I practice Transactional Analysis, a form of psychotherapy that is based on the theory that your early life experiences affect the decisions you take later in life. So, understanding your experiences and the decisions that you made as a child offers you the choice to make new decisions as an adult.


This understanding gives you the power to change how you react and behave, releasing you to live a happier, more balanced, and successful life.
